As Chairman of the AXIS Group of companies and licensed airline transport pilot, Niall is a highly experienced aviation industry leader.
Under his leadership AXIS Aviation has expanded from Austria and Switzerland into San Marino and South Africa, whilst also acquiring the aircraft management and charter operations of Absolute Aviation. Niall previously served as CEO of the ExecuJet Aviation Group, where he transformed the company into a global leader in business aviation, managing a fleet of more than 200 aircraft worldwide. Niall has a unique vision for the future of business aviation, harnessing the power of technology to deliver the highest levels of transparency and operational efficiency, all underpinned by objective advice.

As CEO of AXIS Aviation, Kerstin oversees the company’s operations, ensuring seamless delivery of bespoke aircraft management and charter services.
Kerstin is known for her commitment to operational transparency and innovation. Holder of an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with more than 6,000 flight hours, Kerstin has an MSc in Air Safety Management and more recently Change and Innovation Management, reflecting her deep expertise in aviation safety and quality. Founder of aim4success – a consultancy specialising in business continuity and risk management – she has also been instrumental in developing and implementing advanced safety protocols, enhancing operational resilience across multiple organisations.

With a background as Head of Flight Operations & Crew Training at Lilium and Captain on Global 7500 and Global Express, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His past position as Director of Operations and Key Account Management at ExecuJet Europe further underscores his strategic acumen. Andy's career includes a decade with Swissair as both a pilot and manager, followed by two years with the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) as a flight inspector, overseeing commercial operators in Switzerland. He holds an Executive MBA from the University for Technology and Science in Zurich, enhancing his operational expertise with strategic insight. As an instructor and examiner on the Global Express, with 10,000 hours of flying experience on airliners and various business jets, Andy is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
